Residential Team Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Team Manager to join our team at ROC Northwest. As a Residential Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers in a residential home setting, providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of support workers to ensure the smooth running of the shift and the delivery of high-quality care and support to children and young people.
* Assist and support the managers where needed, ensuring the effective management of the home and the well-being of the children and young people in our care.
* Monitor and report any concerns or issues related to the children and young people, including any suspicions of harm or neglect.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping within the home, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the children and young people.
Requirements:
* Level 3 in Children's Residential Care or equivalent qualification.
* Full UK driving licence (manual).
* Experience of working with children and young people with complex needs, including those with Autism, Social, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties, and other mental health conditions.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
