Job Overview

Invicta Lodge is a stunning new collection of 51 retirement apartments in the Westwood Cross area of Kent. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to lead our team and ensure the success of this exciting project.

The ideal candidate will have a background in estate management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £23,500 per annum, plus additional benefits such as flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention
  2. Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality services
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports on resident feedback and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in estate management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
