Senior Care Assistant

A caring and empathetic individual is sought as a Senior Carer in our small residential home for elderly people. The role involves providing gentle support and care to residents, working towards enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care to residents, respecting their dignity and autonomy.
  • Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident care and progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
