About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Driver and Trade Counter Assistant. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting our trade counter operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ a multi-drop system to deliver products to customers within the local area
  • Work closely with Yard Operatives to facilitate the loading and unloading of the van
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
  • Assist with trade counter operations, including answering customer queries and resolving issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Valid, clean driving license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of building supplies and products
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
