Financial Administrator

Job Summary:
The Financial Administrator will provide support to the Plant Controller in business accounting activities at our Padiham facility. The role involves invoicing, reconciliations, credit control, and other financial tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and sending
- Expense requests and credit control
- Cash book maintenance and bank reconciliations
- Purchase and sales ledgers
- Liaising with providers, clients, and suppliers
- Daily stock counts and accruals processing
- Monthly VAT submissions and balance sheet reconciliations
- Basic administration and procedural documentation
- Weekly and monthly financial reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts or credit control
- SAP Business 1/Hana and Microsoft software skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
