Job Title: Night Personal Care Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Morpeth

Hourly Rate: £16.41 per hour

Contract: 42 hours per week

A reliable and caring individual is sought to provide 24-hour support to a young man living in a wheelchair. The role involves assisting with daily living tasks, cooking meals, and accompanying the individual on social outings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing medical and personal care
  2. Cooking nutritious meals
  3. Accompanying the individual on social outings
  4. Supporting independence in daily living tasks

Requirements:

  1. Non-smoker
  2. Driver with a clean license
  3. Ability to work a 2-weekly shift pattern with alternative weekends

A medical or nursing background is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided. The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of a staff team on a rota basis.
