Space Planning Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Space Planning Manager to join our team at Socium Search Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing the use of store spaces to drive sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic space planning solutions that align with our merchandising goals and support overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including merchandising, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of space planning strategies.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors to ensure that our store environments are customer-friendly, visually appealing, and operationally efficient.
  • Analyze complex data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Travel to store locations to assess layouts and ensure effective execution of space planning strategies.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in retail store planning or visual merchandising across multiple product categories.
  • Proficiency in JDA, Intactix, and other space planning software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
