Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned MSK Therapist to take on a leadership role within our face-to-face Bupa Health Clinics MSK Therapies team.

As a Clinical Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for clinically overseeing the provision of MSK Therapies by your allocated team, mentoring and discussing clinical performance, and supporting people management issues.

You will work closely with clinical and operational leadership colleagues to drive business and financial performance, and participate in staff satisfaction surveys.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent planning, time management, and prioritisation skills, as well as strong persuasive and credible authority.

We offer a competitive salary of £52,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday per year, Bupa health insurance, and an enhanced pension plan.
