Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant + Additional Training Provided

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a forward-thinking Primary School in the Borough of Hounslow. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs, including Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties.

Job Summary:
  • Support children with SEN in EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Work alongside a range of professionals, including therapists, counselors, and SEN Teachers
  • Attend weekly training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group support to children with SEN
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery
  • Monitor and record student progress
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Degree from a reputable University
  • Strong understanding of SEN and its impact on children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
