We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanning Professional to join our team at Antony George Recruitment. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial advisors and clients.

• Provide exceptional paraplanning support to our team of wealth advisors, ensuring the highest possible standard of client service.
• Conduct thorough research on products, financial planning solutions, and investment strategies to provide expert recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive recommendation reports for client meetings, ensuring all necessary information is presented in a clear and concise manner.
• Write suitability reports and annual review reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Provide high-level technical support to our advisors and clients, ensuring they have access to the information they need to make informed decisions.
• Assist advisors with client management, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures within the role, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

• 2 years of experience in paraplanning, with a strong understanding of pensions, investments, and IHT planning.
• Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Cashcalc, X-Plan, and FE Analytics.
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and advisors.
• CII exam results or a Level 4 qualified in Financial Planning certificate.
