Job Title: Automotive Supply Chain Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum

About the Company

MotorMatch LTD is an employment business providing permanent labour to the Automotive Industry throughout the UK. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Supply Chain Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the groups parts operation and other parts-related activities. This includes sourcing rare or specific hard-to-find parts for repair jobs, minimising vehicle downtime.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Parts Advisor/Controller and knowledge of automotive parts. Strong buying and negotiation skills are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Link and source parts on behalf of the bodyshops, negotiating competitive prices where possible
  • Provide support to the parts buying team and foster a positive team environment
  • Track and maintain monthly parts performance, implementing new strategies to drive profitability
  • Oversee and manage inventory levels across multiple sites within the group
