We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping the culture and employee experience of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and employee engagement.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience, wellbeing, and retention.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR practices with business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced travel or tourism industry.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
