Job Summary
A dynamic and innovative Operations Program Manager is required to join our global team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing operational processes, building mechanisms, and reducing risk across current processes for Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations.

About the Role
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with Operations, Quality, T&S Program, Policy, Product, Legal, and leadership to build cross-functional programs and policies. The ideal candidate will have extensive years of experience supporting classification, compliance or trust & safety and using data and metrics to identify and implement improvements. Experience with digital video streaming and knowledge of UK content compliance are also highly desirable.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include launching and enhancing Europe-based operational workflows by identifying focus areas and implementing improvements. The successful candidate will also anticipate risks, manage regional escalations, and overcome technical constraints with alternate short/medium term solutions. Additionally, they will work closely with global stakeholders, including Bangalore, Dubai, and Seattle, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail. You will also need to have experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization. Proven critical and analytical thinking, as well as the ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems, are essential for this role. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
