Location: Fully Remote (London office, occasional optional travel)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Laravel Developer to join our Development team, working on the continued development and improvement of our internal systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of commercial experience working with Laravel and either VueJS or ReactJS, with a strong understanding of PHP, REST APIs, JSON, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and Git.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Laravel and PHP
  • Collaborate with the Development team to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Develop and implement REST APIs and JSON data structures
  • Contribute to the development of new features and improvements to existing applications
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of commercial experience working with Laravel and PHP
  • Strong understanding of VueJS or ReactJS
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and Git
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Interview Process:

  • 1st stage - Coding challenge or sharing examples of code
  • 2nd stage - Technical chat with Dev Lead and Snr Dev
  • 3rd stage - Final chat with CTO (non-technical)
