Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Expert Service - Troubleshoot and repair building management systems and HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  2. Develop Strong Customer Relationships - Build trust and rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  3. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments - Continuously update your knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to customers.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams - Work closely with sales, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and identify new business opportunities.
  5. Meet or Exceed Service Level Agreements - Ensure that all service requests are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
  6. Contribute to Business Growth - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to customers, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Requirements
  1. Electrical or HVAC Background - A strong foundation in electrical or HVAC principles, with experience in building management systems and HVAC equipment.
  2. Field Service Experience - Proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a field service environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and technical expertise.
  3. Strong Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  4. Fluency in English - Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for this role.
  5. Full Driving License - A full driving license is required for this position, as you will be required to travel to customer sites.
