**About the Role**

Themis Recruit is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our team. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of privately funded family matters from instruction to completion. Your expertise in matrimonial financial relief, private children act, nuptial agreements, separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, and injunctive relief will be essential in providing high-quality legal advice to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage your own caseload of family law matters, ensuring timely and effective progression of cases
* Provide expert legal advice to clients, maintaining regular contact and managing their expectations
* Ensure proper control of work in progress, billing, and cash collection
* Draft and prepare documents, including court pleadings and agreements
* Network and engage in business development activities to grow the practice
* Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with relevant training requirements and industry developments

**Requirements**

* 5+ years of post-qualification experience as a Family Solicitor
* Proven track record of success in handling complex family law matters
