We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at The Deluxe Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead projects from start to completion, developing and implementing schedules of works.
- Liaise with clients, site managers, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure project success.
- Organize and coordinate project requirements, including materials, resources, and logistics.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and of exceptional quality.
- Identify subcontractors as necessary and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to management.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the fit-out industry.
- A successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and of excellent quality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team.
- A proactive and innovative approach with the ability to problem-solve issues.
- Flexibility to travel to site (mainland UK) as required.

- A 37.5-hour working week with flexible hours.
