Are you looking for a career in the insurance industry? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Insurance Sales Advisor.

As a Trainee Insurance Sales Advisor, you will have the opportunity to learn about the insurance industry and gain hands-on experience in sales and administration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling new quote enquiries and providing quotations to clients
  • Administering existing policies and emailing new, mid-term, and renewal documents to policyholders
  • Answering calls from new and existing motor clients and incepting, renewing, and amending motor policies by phone and email
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to remind them of upcoming renewals or lapses
  • Making outbound calls to previous customers and prospect customers to win back lost business

You will receive full supervision and training to help you succeed in your role, as well as opportunities for further training and development.

Salary is £23,500 plus benefits and bonus, with the opportunity to promote additional insurance products.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with no weekends or overtime required.

To apply, you will need a minimum of 6 months' experience in a sales role, although no insurance experience is required.
