Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing Independent Free Trade (IFT) customers and develop strategies to drive growth and protect market share.
  • Identify and win new IFT accounts, leveraging your knowledge of the local market and industry contacts.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales and revenue growth across multiple operators.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brewers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Lead key activations and ensure seamless execution of brand activities, including events, promotions, and product launches.
Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic, persistence, and resilience, with a commitment to career development.
  • Exceptional local market knowledge, contacts, and experience in the beer or similar industry.
  • Preference for previous sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in negotiation, objection handling, and commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of commercial mathematics.
  • Confident in written and spoken English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
