Job Description: As an Equipment Design Development Manager, you'll oversee the entire design and development process, from initial concepts to final product delivery. Your key responsibilities will include managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering) and at least 3-5 years of experience in equipment design, development, and technical solutions. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in project management software are required.
