Job Description

Our client, a leading organization, is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead their Oracle Transformation programme. The goal is to upgrade the existing Oracle Finance system to meet the needs of a modern Finance function. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance and Technical leads to plan, action, and manage key work streams on this fast-moving programme.\

Key Responsibilities:
  • A strong background in financial systems – Oracle / SAP.
  • Expertise in Integrations, Data Migration & Testing methodologies.
  • Highly skilled in project, resource planning, and strong governance.
  • Manage the integration of vendor/subcontractor tasks and track and review vendor/subcontractor deliverables, where appropriate for the project.
  • Manage all processes relating to the completion of Service Level Agreements as agreed for hand over to I.T. support and service and any relevant business areas or third-party providers, ensuring the smooth embedding of the new technology delivered.
  • Ensure that project objectives are clearly stated and fully bought into, the scope clearly defined, and success criteria understood and agreed.
  • Identify risks and issues to the project, and to develop and manage contingency plans in order to eliminate any risk to the business.
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the end-to-end deployment of the project, enabling the delivery of clear business benefits as agreed by the Sponsor and senior management.
  • Develop, define, and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables Microsoft Project & JIRA.
