**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide clinical caseload management and ensure residents receive appropriate treatment to a high professional standard
* Prepare and deliver resident-centered interventions based on evidence-based practice and treatment options
* Conduct highly specialist assessments of neurological occupational therapy, including cognitive assessments and interpretation of results
* Demonstrate effective communication skills with residents and caregivers to maximize rehabilitation potential
* Encourage effective communication between all involved and anticipate barriers to communication
