Salary

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with additional enhancements for work during bank holidays and night shifts. The estimated salary for this position is £12.40 - £12.60 per hour.

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities as a Cleaner will include thoroughly maintaining your store to keep it looking its very best, ensuring that all areas including trolley bays, car parks, and outside spaces are clean and tidy, and confidently operating industrial cleaning machinery.

You will also be responsible for cleaning the welfare area, including toilets, waste, and recycling sections, and carrying out minor maintenance tasks when needed. Proactively upholding hygiene and Health and Safety standards is also an essential aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will require experience in cleaning or maintenance (although not essential), a hands-on approach, a keen eye for detail, passion to deliver high-quality results, and drive and independence to carry out tasks efficiently.
