Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to identify the best fit for our clients' job requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial candidate engagement to negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a successful track record of placing candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding targets.
