The role involves:

  • Assisting the engineering team with the execution of highways design and civil engineering projects.
  • Providing support and managing project-related tasks for junior staff, as well as completing technical assignments given by project managers and senior managers.
  • Ensuring that tasks are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
  • Overseeing and supervising the daily work of junior staff and assistant engineers.
  • Coordinating project delivery when other design teams or service areas are involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure successful delivery.
