**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Leonard Cheshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying abilities to live independently in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Escort and assist individuals in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
  • Support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.

**What We Offer**

As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you will become part of a fantastic team. We offer an excellent training and induction programme for everyone, regardless of experience. Our services support individuals with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities to live independently in their own homes.

**Requirements**

We are looking for a caring and patient individual who is passionate about supporting others. A Care Assistant or Support Worker background is desirable but not essential. If you are an experienced care worker or looking to start a career in care, we encourage you to apply.
