The company E3recruitment is currently looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.

As a Maintenance Engineer at E3recruitment, you will be responsible for providing plant-wide maintenance services, departmental support, and repairs to ensure production targets are met. You will also monitor and supply engineering support for machine set-up and changeovers to ensure quality assurance standards are met.

Main responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer include:

  • Ensuring the efficient operation of factory manufacturing machinery
  • Providing timely and effective maintenance and repair services

This role requires a high degree of health and safety awareness and experience in fault finding, repair, and problem-solving. A recognised engineering apprenticeship and qualification or equivalent are essential, as well as experience working as a Maintenance Engineer.

A Maintenance Engineer with this role can expect a competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum, with annual pay increases. The position also offers 33 days' holiday (pro rata), an annual KPI production bonus of 10%, and a company pension scheme.
