We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Combine your passion for fragrance and gifting to ensure each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience
- Entertain visitors from across the globe and showcase The World of Jo Malone London to our customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising
