Job Title: Site General Factory Manager

Job Summary:

Omega is seeking an experienced Site General Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing site in Bedfordshire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering optimum operational performance and profitability for the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the site functions to deliver safety, quality, service, cost, and people objectives.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve profit performance.
  • Lead the Plant Leadership Team, responsible for production, engineering, SHE, quality, supply, and planning.
  • Develop and implement business plans and manufacturing resource strategies.
  • Lead change management initiatives in all areas of manufacturing, engineering, and operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in OPEX.
  • Graduate calibre with a considerable understanding of all areas of factory operations.
  • Possess FMCG manufacturing industry experience.
  • Truly inspirational in your approach and management of people.
  • Experienced in change management, CI, planning, and organizing factory improvement.
