Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Workforce Systems & Information Officer at NHS Ayrshire & Arran. This is a permanent position based at University Hospital Crosshouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining data quality and providing reports from our HR systems.
  • Support the Workforce Systems & Information Analyst with system administration, developing our approach to providing workforce information for the organisation, and maintaining data quality.
  • Build understanding of the data held within the systems we use, how we use that information, and why ensuring data quality is critical to what we do.
  • Routinely engage with stakeholders both internal and external to the HR department and tailor your communications effectively to varying levels of skills and aptitude in using systems and data.

Requirements:

  • Existing knowledge and use of eESS (electronic Employee Support System) is an essential aspect of this role.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Excel to process large volumes of data with a particular emphasis on identifying and rectifying data quality issues.
  • Education to HND level in an Information Management/Technology related subject, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience as a HR system user and comfort with developing and maintaining knowledge and understanding across a number of systems.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
