The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of post-qualification experience and a proven track record of working with clients across various industries. They will have expertise in commercial technology cases, including distribution agreements, agency agreements, terms and conditions for goods and services, and data protection and privacy law. Experience in both in-house and private practice settings is desirable.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from one of the firm's UK-based offices. The successful candidate will be provided with guaranteed work with existing clients, eliminating the need for client follow-up. A competitive salary and bonus scheme are on offer to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on commercial technology cases, including distribution agreements and agency agreements.
  • Develop and implement data protection and privacy law strategies for clients.
  • Work with clients to negotiate terms and conditions for goods and services.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve commercial disputes and negotiate settlements.

Requirements:

  • Over 8 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law.
  • Proven expertise in commercial technology cases, including data protection and privacy law.
  • Experience working with clients across various industries.
  • Ability to work remotely or from a UK-based office.
