Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Standex International Corporation. This role will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the disposable hygiene, aerospace & defense, and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional support to drive sales growth.
  2. Quote Management: Respond to customer RFQs and manage all quote opportunities effectively, utilizing CRM software to streamline processes.
  3. Technical Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits of our high-performance honeycomb core products.
  4. Product Development: Collaborate with the engineering and production team to provide expert support for the development of new products and capabilities.
  5. Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth by promoting Innovent's product offerings effectively.
  6. Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process and post-sales implementation.
  7. Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies through market research.
  8. Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans to management.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the manufacturing or materials industry.
  3. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  4. Travel: Travel up to 25% is required for this role.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
