Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not present, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader who can lead, inspire, and motivate a team to achieve sales and profitability targets. If you have team leader experience or experience within hospitality/retail and feel you are ready to step into a managerial role, we would love to hear from you.
