We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Police Constable AFO Dounreay to join our team at the Civil Nuclear Constabulary. As a Police Constable AFO Dounreay, you will play a critical role in protecting the nation's security and providing 24/7 armed response to nuclear sites, facilities, and materials.
Key Responsibilities- Provide armed response to nuclear sites, facilities, and materials
- Patrol and protect nuclear sites, facilities, and materials
- Work with local Home Office Police Forces to provide a comprehensive policing service
- Undertake comprehensive Authorised Firearms training programme
- Be eligible to apply for specialist areas such as Dog Handler, Special Branch, Firearms Instructor, or Strategic Escort Group Officer
- 28 days (224 hours) per year annual leave, plus bank holidays
