Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Belfast. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, with a deep understanding of the market, and eager to contribute to our business's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Client Management: Establish long-lasting customer relationships by comprehending their needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as specified by management.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to communicate their benefits to customers effectively.
  • Negotiation: Conduct negotiations to close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
