Plumbing Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Services Engineer to join Gov Facility Services Ltd, a leading provider of facilities management services. • Work on commercial or industrial heating and water systems
• Maintain good working knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements

• Two years' experience working in a role as a plumber or equivalent
• Familiarity with and ability to work to Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements
• Plumber qualified to C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing and heating) and NVQ level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
• Good Health & Safety knowledge
• Excellent organisational, time management and people skills

The annual salary for this position is £38,333.37.
