We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications professional to join our dynamic Business Development and Marketing team at Law. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and coordinating compelling marketing content to engage our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and edit marketing materials, including press releases, newsletters, case studies, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with lawyers to refine their thought leadership pieces and ensure alignment with our tone of voice.
  • Partner with Business Development Managers to generate a content pipeline for all sectors.
  • Lead communications-focused marketing campaigns to enhance our firm's visibility and reputation.
  • Maintain a communications calendar within our CRM system.
  • Ensure online content is current and engaging, working with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Support key campaigns alongside the Internal Communications Manager.
  • Create captivating email marketing campaigns and manage mailing lists on our CRM system.
  • Lead award submissions for the firm.
  • Draft and review directory content with the Senior Business Development Executive.
  • Drive proactive PR campaigns, identifying opportunities, drafting copy, and supporting lawyers in content creation.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing abilities.
  • Excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Willingness to be flexible and engage in various tasks within a busy BD and Marketing team.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative.
  • Commitment to delivering first-class service.
  • Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional communication skills for internal and external representation.
