Job Description

**Position:** Sales Manager

**Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm

**Location:** Pimlico Road

The salary for this role is estimated at around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading flooring experts as a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will lead trade and retail sales, fostering strong connections within the Architecture and Design (A&D) community. They'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies for both UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with the A&D community.
  • Contribute to the development of contract sales strategies, with a focus on securing new projects in hotels, restaurants, and offices.
  • Support the expansion of sales strategies for new overseas markets.
  • Conduct regular product presentations for A&D professionals across London and the UK.
  • Oversee project management from initial meetings through to final delivery.
  • Manage participation in industry trade shows and festivals, including Decorex and London Craft Week.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating showroom events and activities.
  • Maintain the CRM system and provide regular performance reports to the director.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the furniture or interiors industry.
  • Established network within the A&D community.
  • Sales experience in the US market would be an advantage.
  • Strong passion for interior design or textiles.
  • Proactive, organized, and driven by sales goals.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Efficient time management skills and the ability to work independently.
