Role purpose:

Concevoir et documenter les cartes de circuit imprimé (CCI) et les assemblages de carte de circuit imprimé (ACCI) utilisés dans l'équipement de alimentation de puissance (EAP) d'ASN.

L'EAP fournit le courant pour alimenter les systèmes de câbles sous-marins, générant une sortie de haute tension à partir d'une alimentation DC basse ou moyenne tension, avec une longue durée de vie du système et une haute fiabilité.

Role and Responsibilities:

Toutes les aspects liés à la spécification, la conception et la documentation des CCI et des ACCI :

  • Créer et maintenir une bibliothèque de composants : CR/CR.
  • Créer des formes de composants, des symboles, etc. comme demandé par les ingénieurs de conception de matériel.
  • Capteur de schéma et conception de la carte de circuit imprimé, en liaison avec les ingénieurs de conception de matériel.
  • Analyse de la qualité de fabrication (DFx).
  • Créer des règles de conception de la carte de circuit imprimé pour le contrôle automatique.
  • Générer et maintenir toutes les données de fabrication de la carte de circuit imprimé et de l'assemblage de carte de circuit imprimé, les listes de matériel et les dessins.
  • Répondre aux questions de fabrication de la carte de circuit imprimé du fabricant de PCB.
  • Exportation des modèles 3D vers le MCAD (Creo).

Compétences requises (essentielles pour le rôle) :

Conception de PCB : Zuken CR (ou CR) SD, BD et Gestionnaire de composants (bibliothèque).

Connaissances des normes IPC pertinentes.

Compréhension approfondie de la fabrication de PCB et de la fabrication d'assemblage de carte de circuit imprimé et de leurs processus, y compris les limitations de la pile et les meilleures pratiques, les matériaux de PCB, la panneleurie, etc.

Compétences supplémentaires (avantageuses) :

Analyse de puissance Lightning Zuken.

Expérience dans la conception de cartes pour des applications à haute tension et/ou à haute intensité.

Outils supplémentaires :

Outils MS Office.

Outil PDM (PTC Windchill).
