As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations within the centre, championing our core values, and providing exceptional childcare provision.

  • Ensure excellent organisational skills, coupled with a strong ability to strategise, plan, and prioritise tasks.
  • Exude a positive, confident, and transparent demeanor at all times.
  • Demonstrate proactive initiative and a resilient 'can do' approach.
  • Rigorously adhere to and promote our established policies, procedures, and operational norms.
  • Possess a recognised Level 3 qualification in childcare, underscoring your expertise in the field.
  • Offer guidance, mentorship, and developmental feedback to colleagues via inductions, supervisory meetings, and performance appraisals.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre with a keen eye on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle enquiries, orchestrate tours, and facilitate enrolments with a welcoming and informative stance.
  • Nurture relationships with parents by addressing queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and to their satisfaction.
  • Oversee the commercial aspects of the centre to ensure sustainable performance.

Requirements

  • 3 years of management experience (required)
  • Driving Licence (required)
