The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PA to join its team at The Ruth Gorse Academy. As a key member of the Academy's administrative team, you will provide comprehensive support to the Principal, ensuring the smooth operation of the Academy.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves providing administrative support to the Principal, including:

  • Managing complex diaries and meeting arrangements
  • Preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Providing general administrative support

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information.

Requirements
  • GCSE English and Mathematics Grade C/4 and above (or equivalent)
  • Experience of working in an administrative role
