Your main responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to school age, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social development. You will be required to maintain accurate records, observe and report on child progress, and participate in regular team meetings and parent evenings.
In addition to your day-to-day duties, you will also contribute to the planning and implementation of educational programs, ensuring they meet the needs of each child. Your ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and parents will be crucial in this role.
Salary: £19,500 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience), based on a minimum of 35 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for career advancement.
