Senior Education Manager

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking education professional to lead our Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) provision across the college group. As a Senior Education Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality strategies to support students and apprentices with SEND.
You will work closely with the Director of Student Experience and Transition to ensure that our SEND services are tailored to meet the needs of our students and enhance their academic and personal growth. Your expertise in safeguarding, quality improvement strategies, and staff development will be crucial in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and implementation of SEND policies and procedures
- Working with teaching staff to identify and support students with SEND
- Collaborating with external agencies to ensure effective transition and post-16 provision

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
