Job Opportunity

LAW Absolute is seeking a seasoned banking and finance attorney to join its in-house team as an interim member.

As part of a large team, the successful candidate will be responsible for advising on loans and lending transactions across the UK and Europe. This will involve negotiating and drafting contracts to deliver loans to corporate borrowers within relevant regulatory frameworks.

Key requirements for the role include excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and a strong technical skill set. Candidates must be qualified lawyers with at least five years of UK work experience gained in top-tier practice firms, corporate banks, or other financial institutions. Experience in leveraged or acquisition finance is highly desirable.

The role will be offered on a three-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The company offers a hybrid working arrangement and is looking for someone to start immediately.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Advising on loans and lending transactions
  • Negotiating and drafting contracts
  • Managing multiple transactions simultaneously
