What You'll Do

You'll take pride in delivering exceptional results and delighting our colleagues and guests:

  • As our Personal Assistant to the Culinary Director, you'll be the face of the kitchen team, championing administrative tasks and people support. You'll work closely with our Executive Chef to ensure their success.
  • You'll be responsible for administrative tasks within the kitchens, including ensuring Health and Safety, Food Safety aspects are managed daily, managing training folders, educating culinary staff on relevant topics, assisting in risk assessment creation and training, supporting menu implementation planning, and collaborating with other departments
  • You'll oversee non-food stock, support ordering processes, and maintain an allergen tracker for all menus and food items prepared
  • You'll also manage people-related tasks, such as monitoring team payroll, assisting with holiday planning and sickness updates, supporting kitchen recruitment and onboarding, and monitoring employee relations issues
