Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance store operations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Implement operational excellence processes and tools to optimize store performance, improve efficiency, and enhance the consumer experience.
  • Oversee various departments, including Commercial, Athlete, and Consumer Experience, to ensure seamless execution and exceptional results.
  • Support the Head Coach in implementing Nike's strategy, including sustainability, membership, and digital services initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on store activities, local market trends, and consumer insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure the store adheres to Nike's standards and guidelines, maintaining a high level of quality and excellence.

Requirements:
  • A passion for Nike and/or a love of sports.
  • Experience in retail and/or leadership positions, with a strong focus on customer service and team development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop a strong team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
