**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Specialist to join our team at Medik8. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our advanced production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all process and operational activities related to batch manufacturing in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and site safety standards.
- Manufacture products following the exact instructions on formulation batch sheets and specifications.
- Analyse batches during production, document observations, and report any deviations from procedures immediately.
- Operate and monitor chemical production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
- Report any accidents, safety violations, or other concerns immediately.
- Monitor raw material requirements and inform the supervisor when finished products are ready for transfer to the warehouse.
- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene within the production environment, adhering to full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar production or manufacturing role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competence in Maths and English, with the ability to read and understand numbers, batch cards, and follow detailed work instructions.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift heavy objects as part of the role.
