About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Expert to join our team in Cirencester. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to our menu specifications
  • Work collaboratively with our Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied

Requirements
  • Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, or Commis Chef
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice in allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety
