Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing targeted feedback and support to ensure academic success.
  • Contribute to the development of departmental resources and schemes of work, including assessments and rubrics.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in teaching and learning.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field.
  • Valid teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
  • Proven experience in teaching Food Technology or related subjects.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum design and instructional strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
