Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Accountant to join our team at Biffa Waste Services. As a key member of our Business Support team, you will play a vital role in the implementation and maintenance of our new ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Functional expert with experience in Finance, Projects, P2P, and Fixed Assets modules, responsible for defining new processes and evolving finance ways of working.
  • Partner with the BI analytics team to maintain master data and rollout Data Governance requirements across the systems user base.
  • Deliver day-to-day operation and maintenance of finance systems, supporting month-end activities and troubleshooting system functional issues.
  • Collaborate with IT and Configuration teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance and functionality.
  • Support the implementation of new systems within Finance or upgrades to existing systems.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with experience across all Finance modules.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies such as SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Familiarity with large company ERP systems and change management principles.
